Triboro came to United with the unexpected concept of taking their high end bedding (for babies) into the pet market.
United fully embraced the opportunity conducting a deep dive audit, exploring the extensive, wide and diverse pet market, identifying the most unique opportunity to develop a one of a kind Pet Brand.
We ultimately created a complete brand program for Tall Tails. Defining the opportunity within the market place, the-go-to market strategy, brand positioning, naming, packaging, trade show, advertising and marketing materials and all points of touch.
